Om kurset
In 2013, the regulations were changed. The requirement for G11 certification was removed. Instead, a requirement was introduced stating that, as a minimum, hookers, slingers, and signalers must have documented safety training, in accordance with the Regulations on the Performance of Work, Section 10-1, where this follows from the employer’s risk assessment.
The objective of the training is to ensure that participants acquire basic knowledge and practical skills in the safe use of lifting equipment, as well as correct signaling and communication with the crane operator, in order to prevent accidents.

All lessons must be marked as completed to move forward.
📝 Knowledge tests and practice

The course includes tests throughout the course. You must get at least 80% correct answers to pass.

Any practice documents must be sent to administrasjon@kursconsult.no or uploaded as PDF in the course portal. They are assessed as “approved” or “not approved” .
📄 Course certificate

When the theory part and the practical part (if applicable) are completed, you will receive a course certificate.
